The Transition Management Lead is responsible for overseeing the Transition Management department, which facilitates the seamless transition of financial advisors and their teams into the firm or between the firm's divisions.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and direct the Transition Management department, including subordinate managers and supervisors.
Lead coaching, mentoring, and professional development within a performance-driven culture.
Identify training needs and develop growth plans for team members.
Manage human resource functions, including hiring, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
Develop and execute transition strategies to optimize the onboarding experience for financial advisors.
Monitor and analyze financial and performance data to implement control mechanisms and operational improvements. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in financial services, with at least 5 years in a management role.
Extensive knowledge of financial markets, products, and securities industry operations.
Client Series 99 required (or must be obtained within 120 days of hire).
