PGS Worldwide is hiring a skilled Cable Harness & Soldering Assembler for a hands-on production role. You’ll build and assemble high-reliability cable harnesses in a precision-driven, team-based environment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and prior experience with IPC-610/620 standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Strip, crimp, and solder copper and coaxial wires using hand tools
Assemble complex cable harnesses according to blueprints, schematics, and written instructions
Follow detailed work processes and maintain high-quality standards
Use measuring tools and documentation to verify work accuracy
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
Communicate with team leads on work progress and issues
Requirements:
High mechanical aptitude is essential
Must be able to read and write English
Prior experience with IPC-610/620 is strongly preferred
Hands-on experience with cable and harness assembly
Familiarity with hand tools (crimpers, wire strippers, soldering irons)
Ability to follow complex instructions, wiring diagrams, and visual aids
Must pass a medical screening as outlined in the supplier guide
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
