Field Inspector Mobile Patrol

We are seeking a Field Inspector with five years of driving experience and a core focus on visiting client sites in the capacity of quality control and policy enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Field Inspector visits all assigned NY boroughs utilizing the company vehicle.• Ensures that all security officers are operating within company standards.• Assists the operations team and Directors with developing, managing, and communicating the security plan through leadership.• Ensures post order and uniform integrity meets with a professional, consistent perception as per company standards.• Troubleshoots issues on site and fills out incident reports, as needed.• Periodically, you will hold a security post for a call-out when required.

Qualifications

• Must have a NY security guard license.• Must be able to pass any state-required training or other qualifications for licensing.• 3 years prior security supervisory experience. • NYS Driver’s license for 5 years, driving and clean abstract. • Ability to operate a radio or smartphone.• Effective oral, written, and communication skills.• Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately.• Attention to detail.• Must present themselves professionally.• Must submit to and pass a drug screening.
