Delivery Driver, Dover, NH

Job Title: Delivery Driver - Urgently Hiring

Pay: $20-$25/hour without refrigeration experience; $25+/hour with experience

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM and every other Saturday for 4 hours

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Delivery Driver for a full-time position with a reputable HVAC and refrigeration distribution company located in Dover, NH. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling product deliveries, and assisting in branch operations. This company offers opportunities for long-term career growth and promotes from within. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity located in Dover, NH.

As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for:

Providing exceptional customer service during deliveries and pick-ups

Driving company vehicles to deliver HVAC and refrigeration products to clients

Loading and unloading trucks safely and accurately

Maintaining delivery logs and tracking information

Following all traffic laws, company safety procedures, and DOT regulations

Verifying and putting away incoming inventory

Assisting with cycle counts and physical inventory

Keeping the warehouse and delivery areas clean and organized

Performing forklift and vehicle inspections

Reporting any material discrepancies or customer feedback to management

Performing other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

A high school diploma or equivalent

At least 3 years of safe driving experience

A valid driver's license and clean driving record

Ability to obtain a Medical Examiner's Certificate

Ability to pass a drug screening

Strong communication and customer service skills

Experience operating a forklift and/or pallet jack (preferred)

Physical ability to regularly lift 25-50 lbs, and occasionally up to 100 lbs

Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and professionalism
