is currently seeking a Client Service Associate to join our Branch office team in Port Huron, Michigan.

Job Description: Primary responsibilities include servicing clients, assist in operations, managing database, general organizational support, as well as client interaction.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset in order to anticipate business needs and will assume ad hoc responsibility for project-oriented tasks.

Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support, which includes but not limited to creation, maintenance and editing of documents, spreadsheets, files, and presentations.

* Assist in maintaining the day-to-day operations to ensure operational excellence * Client Interaction and service * Support client onboarding process * Maintain and process documents * Assist with audit preparations * Communicate effectively and efficiently with home office personnel * Interact on routine/sensitive matters * Interact and support branch staff, Branch Control Officers and all levels of management * Ensure that all documents are sent to home office in a timely manner * Cross training within other positions in the Operations area * Willing and able to take on additional tasks Qualifications: * Bachelors degree preferred * 1-2 years financial services/fixed income experience preferred * Willing to obtain FINRA Registrations: SIE, Series 7/63 or 66 (Will be sponsored) * Possess a high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams * Ability to navigate computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills * Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills * Able to interface and articulate well with all levels of employees and clients in a highly professional and friendly manner
