Description: This position entails a multifaceted leadership role in the Compliance function managing a diverse portfolio of responsibilities.
The successful candidate will oversee key operations aspects of Amneal's compliance program.
They will lead and manage our global third party due diligence program.
Develop, maintain, and update all Amneal Compliance policies and SOP's.
Manage and develop the Amneal Compliance training program; provide training and support other Compliance colleagues.
This role will be collaborative and build relationships across departments and functions.
This role is highly visible throughout the organization, supporting core business activities and providing guidance to cross-functional teams.
Essential Functions: * Develop, Maintain and Update Global Compliance Policies and SOP's.
* Serve as primary source and advisor to all Amneal colleagues on the substance and applicability of Amneal Compliance policies and SOP's.
* Annually lead and manage policy review and refresh process, identifying areas where new policies or SOP's are needed and undertaking appropriate updates to existing policies and SOP's.
* In collaboration with Corporate Communications, draft and circulate communications relevant to new or revised policies.
* Maintain close collaboration with other control functions (e.g.
Human Resources, Finance, IT) regarding the need and scope of Compliance policies and SOP's vis-à-vis those of other functions.
* Operating and Maintaining Amneal's Global Compliance Training Program.
* Develop and launch training across multiple formats to reinforce Amneal Compliance policies, SOP's, and corporate compliance culture.
* Provide relevant training to colleagues in all Amneal functions when and where appropriate.
* Equip colleagues from Compliance and other functions to provide Compliance training when and where appropriate.
* Explore cost-effective options for improving the effectiveness of Amneal's Compliance training program.
Maintain all compliance training records in a centralized database, making them available as needed to relevant functions.
* Lead and Manage Third Party Due Diligence Program.
* Serve as primary point of contact for colleagues globally regarding operation of Amneal's TPDD system.
* Run preliminary reports on potential third parties, and thereafter advise/counsel colleagues regarding potential risks and mitigation.
* Facilitate distribution of external due diligence questionnaires, as necessary.
* Provide trainings to colleagues on due diligence SOP and on how to use the due diligence review platform.
