Food Service/ Cafe Manager

Food Service Cafe Manager needed for school food service in the Hampton/ Califon, NJ area . Monday through Friday, 4 hours daily . No weekends or holidays. Summers off.

Duties to Include:

Cooking - food prep, cooking a variety of foods, following recipes, portion control, production stardards.

Ordering - Placing orders, inventory, assist in marketing promotions.

POS/Register - assist workers with cash collection, follow recording keeping proceedures.

Staffing - secure food service workers, and substitutes
