Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in the Mohali district. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, enhancing the overall customer experience, and delivering top-notch customer service on a daily basis.

Position - Customer Service for US inbound calls for dispatched

Experience- 6 months experience

Qualification -Graduate or undergraduate

Excellent communication

Shift - Night ( 5:30pm -2:30am)

Drop facility available

5 days working ( Monday - Friday)
