Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

This RN position is located at Oklahoma’s largest not-for-profit health system, working 7pm-7am with the Cardiothoracic ICU team.

Provides exceptional patient care, manages and documents nursing assessments, care plans, interventions, and evaluations.

Supervises licensed and non-licensed staff, offering guidance and mentorship.

May float to other units and participate in on-call duties.

Requires population-specific competencies and adherence to safety goals.

Must have Oklahoma RN licensure or multistate license, BLS certification, and relevant department-specific certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS).

Additional physical demands, exposure risks, and specific requirements vary by department.
