CDL-A Independent Contractor Truck Driver

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care in a warm, home-like environment.

Responsibilities include assessing, documenting, and communicating residents’ health status, supervising Care Assistants, coordinating care, and responding to emergencies.

Requirements: current LPN license, CPR certification, 1-2 years of experience, preferably with elderly care.

Schedule: 2pm-10pm or 3pm-11pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, and every other weekend.
