CDL-A Independent Contractor Truck Driver

Licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant required; CPR certification preferred.

Offers hourly pay ranging from $30.00 to $60.00 based on experience and role.

Provides in-home physical therapy and case management, including patient evaluation, treatment, and care plan development.

Collaborates with healthcare team members to ensure consistent patient care and educates patients and caregivers on equipment use.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, monitoring patient outcomes, and performing initial assessments.

Full-time and part-time positions available, with benefits such as insurance, paid time off, travel reimbursement, and tuition assistance.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, day shifts, with no weekends.

Must hold MN PT or PTA license and work in Red Wing, MN.

Position involves in-person work within a home health setting.
