Requirements include a valid dental license, ability to work 40 hours weekly, and DDS or DMD degree (or foreign equivalent) with relevant coursework.

Compensation features a daily minimum starting at $700, sign-on bonus, and average annual earnings over $240,000.

Clinical practice offers full autonomy, mentorship, a fully digital office, and control over supplies.
