Dental Hygienist - Refresh Dental

We are seeking full-time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSW) to join our Mental Health Collaborative Care Team, providing integrated care for depression and anxiety in primary care settings.

Collaborate closely with psychiatry and primary care providers in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Require LICSW license (WA or able to obtain), residency in OR or WA, and at least one year of experience treating mental health conditions.

Engage patients in short-term therapy, conduct assessments, care planning, and coordinate community resources.
