CDL-A Independent Contractor Truck Driver
Description:
The Rehabilitation Department offers therapy and nursing services across multiple settings, including acute, inpatient rehab, and outpatient care.
The Speech Language Pathologist evaluates, plans, and provides treatment based on physician prescriptions, collaborating with families and team members.
Requires a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program, licensure by the Oregon State Board of Health, and an active ASHA CCC.
Minimum of 1 year of experience with medical diagnoses; hospital experience and specialized certifications are preferred.
Certifications such as Neonatal Therapy, Child Language, Fluency, Swallowing, Brain Injury, and others are advantageous.
Must have a valid Oregon driver’s license, meet driving requirements, and hold BLS certification.
Position is full-time, dayshift, with pay ranging from $43.15 to $64.73 per hour.
Work is in person, with travel to various worksites and training functions.
