CDL-A Independent Contractor Truck Driver

Responsible for providing quality occupational therapy in a home health setting, modeling core values of compassion, integrity, excellence, teamwork, and innovation.

Develops and implements individualized care plans, conducts patient assessments, and completes necessary documentation and evaluations.

Educates patients, families, and team members while supervising paraprofessionals and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Ensures compliance with regulations, promotes patient safety, and participates in quality improvement initiatives.

Maintains professionalism, upholds ethical standards, and fosters positive relationships with stakeholders.

Requires a Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy, state licensure, and preferred one year of relevant experience.

Demonstrates strong communication, clinical, and documentation skills, with physical ability to perform essential duties.
