Community In-Home RN

The Nursing Supervisor oversees nursing staff, assesses patient needs, and delivers care.

Plans and organizes staff training and participates in educational programs.

Requires current RN licensure, BLS certification (from AHA or Red Cross), and a CRRN or plan to obtain one.

Preferred experience includes inpatient rehabilitation and supervisory roles.

Must have strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and time management.
