Flight Paramedic

Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Home Hospice, providing compassionate care to patients and families at the end of life.

Work full-time on day shifts (8am-5pm) with every 4th weekend and 2 holidays per year.

Require minimum 1 year of LPN experience and completion of a 6-8 week orientation.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team under RN supervision to deliver personal and skilled nursing services.
