Experienced nurse in a similar clinical setting, practicing independently with awareness of all relevant aspects.
Provides routine and complex patient care, planning long-term goals and managing contingencies.
Delegates tasks appropriately to care team members to optimize clinical management.
Follows nursing standards, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, providing education and support.
Administers medications and treatments per protocols, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
Documents patient information accurately and thoroughly.
Assesses learning needs and educates patients and families accordingly.
Requires BLS certification, RN license in the state or compact, and ACLS certification.
Preferably holds a BSN, with at least 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
Work schedule is 7PM-7AM; full-time position with orientation and competency requirements.
