Contract Dentists

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN, LVN) to provide compassionate care to residents at our skilled nursing facility in Bolivar, MO.

This 111-bed facility offers an opportunity to build strong relationships with residents and work as part of a supportive healthcare team.

The LPN will perform assessments, administer medications, monitor ADLs, and assist with treatments, following federal and state regulations.

Responsibilities include supervising care duties, facilitating admissions/discharges, and developing resident Plans of Care as part of the interdisciplinary team.

The position is full-time, day shift (6AM-6PM).

Requirements include an Associate’s degree, LPN or LVN license, and patient care experience.
