Dentist - (Anchorage) Multiple Departments / Clinics

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN, LVN) to join the nursing team at Colonial Springs Healthcare Center, a 134-bed facility with memory care units.

The team prides itself on compassionate, team-driven care for residents, families, and each other.

The LPN will work with management, RNs, other LPNs, CNAs, and RMTs to deliver exceptional care, with support from the Director of Nursing.

The position offers flexible, rotating PRN shifts, with scheduling tailored to both the nurse and the team.

Requirements include an Associates degree and preferred LTC experience; licensure as an LPN or LVN.
