CDL A Local Intermodal Owner Operator

The Physician Assistant role supports Hospital at Home services, providing in-home inpatient care through a full-time 7on/7off schedule.

Works with the care team to deliver safe, quality patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, procedures, and patient education.

Utilizes remote patient monitoring devices and collaborates with physicians and virtual teams.

Responsibilities vary by specialty, including neurosurgery, emergency, and mental health, involving procedures, wound care, triage, and follow-up.

Must hold an accredited PA degree, Oklahoma licensure, BLS certification, and relevant experience. ACLS/PALS certifications required for acute care roles.

Adheres to safety standards and maintains detailed medical documentation. The position emphasizes collaboration, effective communication, and patient-centered care.
