Clinical Therapist I provides individual, group, and family therapy focused on goal-directed treatment.
Completes discharge planning, documentation (Assessments, Service Plans, Progress Notes), and manages caseload including care coordination and evidence-based interventions.
Maintains flexibility for crisis and routine support, participates in multidisciplinary teams, and handles administrative tasks like insurance authorizations.
Requires Master's in Social Work or Counseling, Virginia licensure supervision, BLS certification, and knowledge of human development, behavioral health diagnoses, and safety assessments.
Must have strong communication, clinical documentation, and electronic health record skills.
