Description:
Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Weekend-only RN (WOW) in Critical Care.
Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care following professional standards and organizational policies.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and revise individualized care and discharge plans.
Provide direct patient care, delegate tasks, and supervise staff to ensure quality and safety.
Evaluate patient responses, update care plans, and communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Maintain thorough, timely documentation of all nursing activities and patient progress.
Participate in ongoing education, quality improvement, and professional development activities.
Must have a current RN license, BLS certification, and graduate from an accredited nursing program. Physical agility and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.
