Enjoy managing small caseloads of 5-8 clients weekly, with 15-20% supervision time for RBTs and ongoing mentorship.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, overseeing skill and behavior programs, supervising staff, and collaborating with families and teams.
Candidates must have an active BCBA certification, Arizona LBA license (or ability to obtain), and experience with ABA principles and data analysis.
