The Physical Therapist supports illness and injury treatment through exercises and therapies to promote client wellness and independence.
Provides direct therapeutic care, develops and adjusts individualized plans of care, and educates patients/caregivers.
Utilizes physical agents and equipment, follows protocols, and documents all care accurately to ensure compliance.
Participates in quality improvement, maintains confidentiality, and adheres to safety, infection control, and organizational standards.
Communicates effectively within the healthcare team, evaluates patient needs regularly, and modifies care plans accordingly.
Demonstrates professional behavior, supports organizational goals, and engages in ongoing education and leadership activities.
Requires a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, Oklahoma licensure, 5+ years of experience, and physical ability to perform essential duties.
