Radiologic Technologist

We are hiring a PRN Home Health Occupational Therapist to support our geriatric patients in Waco, TX, and surrounding areas.

Perform ongoing clinical assessments and evaluate patients’ occupational performance in self-care, work, leisure, and rest.

Develop and review personalized care plans with patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams.

Provide therapeutic interventions for ROM, strength, coordination, adaptive equipment, and mobility.

Document clinical notes, phone orders, and maintain accurate records promptly.

Educate and counsel patients and caregivers, supervise therapy assistants and aides, and promote infection control.

Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, meet continuing education requirements, and demonstrate professional growth.

Work in patients’ homes under various conditions, with flexible scheduling and local travel.

Requirements include a BSc in Occupational Therapy, active state license, reliable transportation, and preferred home health experience.
