RN Case Manager- Hospice

The RN Supervisor - Night Shift (7PM-7AM, 3 days/week, every other weekend) oversees nursing staff, manages staffing, and supports clinical decisions across the facility.

Offers a supportive, staff-focused environment with team-oriented strategies, ensuring staff are well-trained, valued, and respected.

Provides supervision, coordinates activities, and makes staffing adjustments as needed.

Qualifications include current RN licensure in NY, with at least 6 months of RN Supervisor experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.

Includes a $1200 sign-on bonus.
