Description:
The Registered Nurse in the Nursery department provides comprehensive patient care, advocating for patients and families to promote positive outcomes in a safe environment.
They demonstrate professionalism, autonomy, and excellence in nursing practice, utilizing evidence-based principles and the nursing process.
The RN collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, serving as a guide, teacher, leader, and supporter.
Accountable for adherence to the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, Nursing Code of Ethics, and regulatory standards.
Minimum education is an Associate Degree in Nursing; a BSN is preferred.
Valid Ohio RN license and current CPR certification are required.
No prior experience necessary.
Must be able to multitask, maintain a pleasant demeanor, and possess basic computer, organizational, and communication skills.
