RN Nurse Navigator - Radiology - Westlake - Regular part time

This LPN role focuses on enhancing residents' well-being through prescribed medical treatments and personal care within the scope of practice.

Responsibilities include following physician orders, administering medications, evaluating health status, documenting timely and accurate records, supervising Med Aides, and supporting self-administration education.

Provides leadership to non-licensed staff, assists with admissions/discharges, and participates in team communication and training.

Maintains safety, confidentiality, and compliance with policies, including HIPAA, infection control, and emergency procedures.

Physical stamina, strength, and agility are essential for safe transfers and caregiving tasks.

Qualifications include a valid LPN license, CPR certification, and successful completion of an LPN program. Experience preferred.
