Seeking full-time Physical Therapist or Chiropractor to join an interdisciplinary team providing evaluation and treatment for adult orthopedic and chronic pain patients.

Physical Therapist duties include patient assessments, creating individualized exercise plans, delivering pain neuroscience education, and collaborating with medical and psychology teams.

Chiropractor responsibilities involve diagnosing musculoskeletal conditions, performing adjustments and soft tissue therapies, reviewing medical histories, and developing wellness plans.

Qualifications include valid California PT or Chiropractic license, strong assessment skills, knowledge of pain neuroscience, and excellent communication abilities. Training provided for new graduates.
