Responsible for providing high-quality healthcare within the clinic's scope, focusing on patient satisfaction, relationship building, and continuity of care.

Deliver diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and patient education through a team of certified nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and staff.
Build community relationships and support practice growth.
Maintain clinical quality, safety, and compliance with regulations, including HIPAA.
Manage clinic operations, inventory, and supplies efficiently.
Participate in community outreach, peer review, and ongoing education.
Ensure a professional appearance and adherence to dress code.
Collaborate with regional management and provide clinic coverage as needed.
Travel within designated areas if required.
Must hold active licensure, relevant certification, and have at least one year of healthcare experience.
