The Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and administers treatment prescribed by a licensed physician to restore function and prevent disability following injury or illness.
Provides patient-centered care to optimize performance and functional levels.
Participates in operational, quality improvement, infection control, and safety activities.
Maintains competencies, adheres to policies, and documents treatments accurately.
Gathers data, develops and implements realistic care plans, and communicates effectively with patients and team members.
Requires a degree in Physical Therapy, licensure, BLS certification, and knowledge of modalities, anatomy, and equipment operation.
Work is per diem as needed, with strong communication and computer skills preferred.
