RN Supervisor â 3PM to Shift

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to evaluate and treat residents at a skilled nursing facility in Brownwood, TX.

Provide therapy services based on physician orders and professional standards.

Develop and implement individualized care plans with measurable goals supporting discharge.

Perform skilled treatments, document patient progress, and ensure timely billing.

Maintain a safe treatment environment and equipment.

Requirements include Texas PTA license, strong communication, organizational, and clinical judgment skills.

Experience in geriatrics preferred.
