Ensure clinical quality through oversight of treatment plans, documentation, and data collection.

Manage caseloads, support caregiver training, and maintain productivity standards.

Oversee operations, compliance, and collaborate on special projects like parent training and community partnerships.

Ideal candidates are passionate, proactive, empathetic, and experienced in supervising staff and delivering ABA therapy.

Requirements include 3+ years as BCBA, leadership experience, excellent communication, and the ability to respond to behavioral escalations.
