Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

The Health Care Specialist performs timely setup of technical equipment such as ventilators, monitors, and oxygen devices, providing technical assistance and patient education, often in patients' homes.

They conduct comprehensive patient assessments, maintain current knowledge of respiratory care, and ensure safety compliance per policies and regulations.

The role requires a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and work on-call hours as needed.

Qualifications include experience in home health care (minimum two to three years), strong human relations skills, computer literacy, and relevant clinical certifications (e.g., CRT, RRT).

Additional licensure may be required depending on state laws.

The position involves lifting up to 25 pounds frequently and over 50 pounds occasionally.
