This full-time Critical Care Physician position at a 590-bed hospital in Kansas City offers an open ICU with 44 beds across medical, surgical, and neuro units, requiring proficiency in rounding on all units.

Staffing includes 2 physicians daily (7a-7p) and 1 at night (7p-7a).

Physicians will participate in a developing ECMO program.

Competitive salary ($540K–$5.46M annually), full benefits, and a stipend for Medical Director.

Involves work with a collegial Hospitalist Program and uses Meditech EMR.

Must be Critical Care Board Certified and able to relocate to Kansas City.
