Seeking a qualified nurse practitioner (FNP) or physician assistant with leadership experience for a busy ER in Salem, VA.
Annual ED volume of 45,000 patients at a 506-bed hospital
Coverage includes 40 hours of physician and 46 hours of NP/PA support per week
Facility is a highly accredited, top-performing hospital with extensive outpatient services and specialized centers
Salem offers a scenic, affordable community with excellent schools and recreational activities, located near the Blue Ridge Mountains
Full-time position offering $145,000-$200,000 annually, with benefits including 401(k), insurance, paid time off, and bonuses
Requires 1+ year of multisite facility lead NP/PA experience; DEA preferred
Work is in person, with a focus on emergency medicine.
