Seeking a Surgical Technologist to assist in pre-operative patient care and operating room setup.

Performs technical duties, maintains aseptic techniques, and monitors for breaches in sterile environment.

Prepares patients, transports them, and positions them for surgery, ensuring comfort and privacy.

Establishes and maintains sterile fields, passes instruments, and assists surgeons, proficiently scrub in multiple specialties.

Uses physician preference cards, keeps them updated, and collaborates effectively with the surgical team.

Ensures safety, sanitation, and adherence to policies for instruments and environment.

Demonstrates clinical expertise, adapts care to patient needs, and performs additional duties as assigned.

Requirements include a high school diploma, Surgical Tech program completion, BLS certification, and surgical technologist certification or LVN/LPN license.

Preferred 2+ years of experience. This is a per diem, as-needed position.
