Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, documenting progress, ensuring MD orders, providing therapy, supervising staff/students, participating in meetings, and maintaining compliance with policies and confidentiality. Also involves billing, scheduling, patient discharge, and in-service education.
