COPD Navigator Full Time Resp. Care Gainesville

We are hiring a full-time and PRN Physical Therapist to provide direct rehab care, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time roles.

Competitive pay rates ranging from $40.00-$50.00 (FT) and $50.00-$60.00 (PRN).

Requirements include a degree in physical therapy, active licensure, CPR certification, and preferably one year of post-acute care experience.

Responsibilities involve developing and implementing treatment plans, supervising therapy staff, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with patients and teams.

Must demonstrate professionalism, good body mechanics, excellent communication skills, and adherence to policies and safety standards.
