MDS Coordinator
Description:
The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Inpatient Rehab unit is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, coordinating interdisciplinary team efforts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and institutional policies.
They support physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, impacting patient outcomes positively.
The role requires a graduate of an accredited nursing program, with a valid Ohio RN license and recent hospital experience, preferably in a relevant specialty.
BSN is required or must be obtained within 3 years of hire, with proof of enrollment needed within 6 months.
The RN must be willing to work with acutely ill patients, including emergency situations, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
They work independently and as part of the team, demonstrating professionalism and adherence to Ohio Board of Nursing standards and regulations.
