Description:
The Nurse independently practices in a similar clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.
Responsibilities include delivering nursing care per standards, assessing and addressing patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administering medications, documenting care, and educating patients and families.
Qualifications require a BSN (preferred), 1+ year experience in the specialty, current RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS certification.
New hires must complete orientation, preceptorship, and competency validations within specified timeframes.
Additional certifications like PALS, TNCC, and NRP may be required within grace periods.
The position is full-time with an undetermined schedule.
