Occupational Therapy Assistant

This full-time House Supervisor role is scheduled for night shifts at Prineville and Madras locations, with a pay range of $54.01 - $81.01 plus available relocation assistance for eligible candidates with 1+ years of licensed experience.

The position oversees bed control, admissions, transfers, and clinical staffing, acting as the on-site administrative leader during off-hours and in the absence of other administrators.

Responsibilities include coordinating resources, mentoring staff, managing patient flow, ensuring compliance, supporting quality improvement, and fostering a healing environment.

Required qualifications include current Oregon RN licensure, BLS, ACLS (within 60 days), and three years of clinical nursing experience; management or ED experience is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills are essential.

The role involves physical activity, use of PPE, and periodic on-call duties, with a schedule averaging 36 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
