Full-time night shift supervisor position based in Lynchburg, VA, overseeing medical care within an interdisciplinary team.

Lead Nurse (RN) manages LPNs, implements physician’s orders, and monitors residents’ treatment responses.

Requires RN licensure in Virginia, with 4+ years of RN experience and supervisory background; BSN preferred.

Must have knowledge of mental health, physical health, medications, and community resources, and be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel as needed.
