Psychiatrist

This 12-hour night shift (7p-7a) weekend, holiday, and call required contract offers a 13-week assignment, possibly longer, in MS and LIKE units.

Applicants must hold a current NY license and have coronary care experience preferred.

First-time travelers are not considered; must have completed at least one successful traveler assignment.

Requires RN licensure from an accredited school, with hospital RN experience preferred.

Certifications include BLS; ACLS and PALS are preferred.

Strong nursing knowledge, safety awareness, leadership skills, and ability to work under stress are essential.

May serve as charge nurse; excellent communication and organizational skills required.

In this role, you'll provide patient assessments, medication administration, IV insertion, and collaborate on care plans.

Monitoring vitals, responding to emergencies, maintaining records, and supporting team functions are key duties.

Pay ranges from $2,533 to $2,679 weekly.
