Nurse Practitioner - PRN

The Physical Therapist (PT) position involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and overseeing therapy services in a home care setting across Dayton, Miamisburg, Huber Heights, and Springfield.

Offers a competitive compensation package of $90,000-$110,000+ with a Base Points Plus structure, guaranteed base, and uncapped earning potential, paid bi-weekly.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours from 8/9 AM to 4/5 PM.
