• Contract Intensive Family Therapist position providing clinical treatment to youth and families using Multisystemic Therapy (MST) principles.
• Works in homes, schools, and community settings, on-call 24/7, with a small caseload of 5 youth and families.
• Offers crisis intervention, develops recovery plans, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team focused on youth wellness and family strengths.
• Requires a Master’s degree in a related field, full licensure or clinical supervision, and at least 2 years of post-graduate experience, including family work.
• Preferred bilingual skills and licensure in LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Compensation is $47/hour for 40 hours/week, serving Caldwell, Gonzales, and Guadalupe counties.
• Position involves extensive travel, flexible scheduling, and working with potentially aggressive youth offenders. Valid driver’s license is required.
