The Nurse independently provides routine and complex patient care in a clinical setting, demonstrating awareness of all relevant aspects of each situation.
Utilizes the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation—while addressing patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs.
Administers medications and treatments per protocol, monitors side effects, and documents care and patient history.
Assesses learning needs and educates patients, families, and caregivers.
Meets competency expectations across leadership domains and adheres to ANA standards.
Requires a BSN (preferred), RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications, and one year of related experience (preferred).
Attends orientation within 30 days, completes competency validations, and maintains required certifications within specified grace periods.
Works full-time night shifts (7PM–7AM).
