Physical Therapist

Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse position offering 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am) with a salary of $34-$38/hr and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Provides direct, individualized nursing care under supervision, ensuring client safety and adhering to policies and licensing standards.

Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, participates in care planning, and supports health and psychiatric education for clients and families.

Administers medications, monitors vital signs, and documents clinical observations accurately, reporting changes to RNs and physicians.

Performs lab tests, ECGs, phlebotomy, and emergency coverage as needed, with required certifications including CPR and de-escalation.

Requires graduation from an approved LPN program, valid license, and preferred experience in clinical or psychiatric settings. Knowledge of psychotropic medications is a plus.
