Family Nurse Practitioner

Seeking RN Charge Nurse for full-time and part-time shifts with sign-on bonuses ($10,000 FT, $5,000 PT).

Openings include 1st shift (6:45am–7:15pm), 2nd shift (3pm–11pm, 7pm–11pm), and 3rd shift (7pm–7:30am).

Provide direct nursing care for long-term, dementia, and short-stay residents, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services.

Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, assessment, and compliance with regulations.

Supervise clinical staff, evaluate performance, and ensure excellent resident care and customer service.

Must have RN license from Michigan, relevant experience, and strong communication skills.
